4 oz shredded chicken breast.
1/2 zucchini cut up into bite sized pieces.
2 tsp coconut oil.
3/4 cups pineapple cut into little cubes.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
1/4 tsp dry basil.
himalayan salt & & pepper to taste.


In a medium sized blending bowl include your chicken, zucchini, and pineapple. Top with coconut oil, lemon juice and spices. Then toss!
